Tournament Leaderboard Terms and Conditions

• The Fox Poker Club reserves the right to alter the terms of this promotion without notice
• Tournament Tokens can be used towards entry to any Fox Poker Club Poker Tournament
• In the event of a tie in standings the prizes will be split
• In the event of a tournament ending in a deal the points will be awarded according to chipcount
• Leaderboard winners agree that they can be used in promotional material for the Fox Poker Club and Tournament Leaderboard
• The leaderboard runs each calendar month

The Tournament Leaderboard is funded through prize-pool deductions
100% OF COLLECTED FUNDS ARE RETURNED TO PLAYERS

• In the event of more money being collected the balance is returned to the players through other promotions in subsequent months
• 2% of eligible tournament prizepools are held for the promotion pool
• Special Events and Festivals are not included and award no points (eg. Super Specials, FPC Main Event and Genting Poker Series)

A monthly audit is performed that lists collected funds and prize awards.
