Club Rules

Membership of the Fox Poker Club is only open to persons aged 18 years or over. The Club operates a Challenge 21 Policy. Photographic Identification must be provided by all persons who are, or appear to be 21 years of age, or younger.

All new members to the Fox poker Club must provide details of their name and address on their initial visit.

The Fox Poker Club Management have the right to refuse entry or remove any member from the club premises, who they believe is acting or may act in an un-appropriate manner.

The Fox Poker Club has a zero tolerance approach to drugs. Any member found to be in possession of or using illegal substances will be reported to the Police.

Any member who verbally abuses or displays threatening or violent behaviour within the club will have their membership revoked and may be reported to the Police.

For the protection of its staff and members CCTV will be in constant operation throughout the Fox Poker Club.

The clubs rules of poker will be made available to members at all times.

The Fox Poker Club offers no credit facilities to any of its members.

The Fox Poker Club accepts no responsibility for any injury or loss to its members or their property while they are in the club.

Details of all Fox Poker Club members are strictly confidential and will be dealt with in accordance to the Data Protection Act 1998.

All complaints by members will be investigated by the Fox Poker Club Management. Details of the Clubs complaints procedure are available at reception. All complaints will be dealt with in the strictest confidence.

All Management decisions are final and the Fox Poker Club maintains its right to withhold the reasons for its decisions.

The Fox Poker Club reserves the right to amend its Club Rules at anytime.

Dress Code

At the Fox Poker Club we have a fairly relaxed view of the dress code. However we don’t accept sports shorts and sleeveless shirts. We also reserve the right not to allow you in if we deem you are inappropriately dressed. The Managements decision is final.

Members that do not follow our simple rules may not be admitted or asked to leave.
