The board ran out to send Balbir to the rail. We hate to lose Balbir who has been in a strong position throughout play and a friendly presence at the table. We hope to see him back before next month’s Main Event.

Jen-Yue is taking a commanding chip position fighting for the chip lead with George Achillea. He took his stack up close to the three quarter of a million mark when he got it in on the flop against Krzysztof Jaromin.

The flop read

Krzys must have thought he was in good shape holding but Jen- Yue was holding

The turn and river bricked off and . Jen-Yue’s All-In was for 333,000

The visiting Walloon has fallen in 7th place. Kenny Hallaert moved his shortstack in and Jen-Yue found a hand. It was King-Nine versus Ace-Jack and the board sealed it for Jen who is building a good stack.

The board runs and suddenly Romano goes from shortstack auto-call to over half a million in chips!

Romano Pizzo and George Achillea got into a raising war with plenty of verbal. Romano ended up folding on a Jack-Four-Ten flop after George pushed when he raised. Shortly after Romano got his last 125,000 in for a double up. We aren’t sure quite how he got Neil Barron to call but Neil clearly saw an opportunity to knock out a player with “Live Cards”.
